I offer practical, structured health and wellbeing coaching for people who want to make positive changes in their lives but find it difficult to do so without support.
This is calm, direct coaching for people dealing with stress, anxiety, long-term health issues, periods of change, or a desire to improve their general health and wellbeing.
Health and wellbeing coaching is a structured, collaborative process that helps people understand what’s affecting their health, resilience, and decision-making, and how to make realistic, sustainable changes over time.
Coaching is not about being told what to do or analysing the past. It focuses on how you think, respond, and cope in the present, and what needs to change going forward.
In my practice, I support clients with a range of issues, most commonly related to:
▪️ Ongoing stress, pressure, or emotional load, including anxiety and low mood
▪️ Chronic pain and long-term health conditions, including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, IBS, and persistent back or joint pain
▪️ Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what needs to change
▪️ Fatigue, burnout, reduced resilience, irritability and anger
▪️ Periods of change at work, at home, or in relationships
A formal diagnosis is not required to access coaching support.
My approach is grounded in health, psychology, and lived experience, with particular attention to stress, nervous-system load, and long-term conditions.
The aim is not to “fix” you, but to help you understand what’s happening and make informed, workable changes that fit real life.
My work is:

It is not:
▪️ therapy or counselling
▪️ medical advice or diagnosis
▪️ a quick fix or motivational programme
Long-term change happens gradually, through reflection, consistency, and honest engagement. This approach supports sustainable, realistic change that can be maintained over time and integrated into everyday life.
