Sessions are calm, direct, and structured. We work at a pace that is realistic for you, without rushing or pressure to perform.
Single Session
60 minutes

A one-off session for clarity, reflection, or decision-making. Suitable if you want support with a specific issue or to explore whether coaching is right for you.
4-Session Package
4 × 60-minute sessions
£360 (paid upfront)
Designed for meaningful, focused change. Allows time to explore patterns, test new approaches, and build momentum without a long-term commitment.
8-Session Package
8 × 60-minute sessions
£680 (paid upfront)
Best suited for more complex or long-standing issues. Provides space for deeper work, consolidation, and sustainable change over time.
Sessions are available in person or online.
A formal diagnosis is not required.

Alongside 1:1 coaching, I also run small-group coaching sessions, workshops, and retreat-based work.
Group work offers structured guidance, shared learning, and the reassurance of working alongside others with similar experiences.
Topics may include stress, nervous-system load, chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, and emotional resilience.
Group sessions and workshops are priced from £45, depending on length and format.
