About Me

I’m a health and wellbeing coach with a background in physical health, nutrition, and psychology, with experience supporting people managing long-term and chronic physical and mental health conditions.


My work focuses on stress, nervous-system load, chronic pain, and the connection between the body and mind.

My clients come from diverse backgrounds and are often managing conditions that don’t respond well to traditional approaches, or have struggled to access the support needed for lasting change.



How I Work

I’m calm, direct, and honest in my approach. I won’t rush you, patronise you, or offer platitudes or unrealistic quick fixes.


My personal and professional experience allows me to offer a warm, supportive space in which we can explore:

My approach is confidential and non-judgemental. Drawing on experience in physical health, nutrition, pain management, and mental health. I support clients to identify workable options and develop the tools and strategies that fit their circumstances.

My coaching work is based at The Barn Wellbeing Centre, alongside retreats and group work, with 1:1 sessions offered in person and online.
